What do you need from me to see this running on my own plans?
The plan set you are building from right now, as a PDF. SpecAlign reads it and returns specifications organized by room and trade, each one carrying a confidence score and a link to the page it came from. There is no data migration and no implementation project. If a single file runs past 50MB, split it by discipline and send the pieces.
Do I have to stop using the software I already pay for?
No. Start with one active home. SpecAlign owns the plan set and keeps specs, selections, budget, and schedule tied to the current version of it. Keep your existing tool for whatever it already does well.
Do my subs need an app or a login to see the current set?
No. Each room gets a QR code. A trade scans it and the current drawings, specs, and approved changes open in the phone browser. No app to install, no account to create, no password to reset on a Saturday.
A value SpecAlign pulled off my plan set is wrong. What happens?
Send it to support@specalign.ai. Every extracted value carries a confidence score and a link to its source page, so telling us which line is wrong takes a room name and a screenshot. Corrections you make by hand always win over anything the system reads later.
How fast will someone actually reply?

How much does it cost, and what counts as a home?
